Refund & Return

No Issue with the Item:

  • Customers may return the item within 14 days of signing for the package.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Item Has Defects:

  • Contact us to request a replacement part. We will then request a replacement part from the manfucatuer, which may take 14-90 days depending on factory response time. Once the replacement part is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • If the factory cannot provide a replacement part, we will offer a partial refund in two cases:
    1. Requests submitted within one month of receiving the product.
    2. Requests related to damaged products upon unboxing, with video or photo evidence.
  • Customers must pay shipping costs if they refuse a replacement part or partial refund and insist on returning the item. We will provide a return address and a full refund after reselling the item.

 

More About Refund

Except for any products designated on the Site as "non-returnable, special offer, last piece offer, lucky box", we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn items in new condition with the original accessories, tags and packagings within 14 days of their delivery dates.

Please note that we don't accept returns & exchanges after the 7-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 7-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

After receiving the package and confirming its (their) status, we will process refund in 2 business days to your original payment method (banks processing time is not inlcuded).

For Return shipping cost: If the product sent from the warehouse is defective, wrong color, size, does not match what you ordered, we will cover the shipping cost (please prepay and send shipping receipt to our customer service + your paypal account, shipping cost will be refunded to your paypal after receiving the returned goods).

If the goods are returned for other personal reasons, you will be required to pay the shipping costs.
