Shipping Cost and Handling Time
- Free shipping is offered to the United States, Canada, and most European countries (including France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, etc.), with no sales tax or import duties applied.
- All our items will be shipped to buyers address which offered by buyers, please confirm your address before payment. We will have the tracking # ready and uploaded to your order detail page within 1-3 business days once your payment is completed. Holidays may be extended the handling time
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Address changes must be requested before shipment. We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect addresses.
- We will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed to "Fullfilled" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted on your account page. An email notification with this tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- All packages will be shipped from China for now, we are planning to have warehouse located in United States and Europe.
- In general, all the orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after the payment is confirmed.
- The item will be shipped via YANWEN, YunExpress, FedEx, USPS, EMS. The delivery depends on the carrier after packages shipped out, plus it is international transport, the delivery may delay, hope you can understand and wait patiently. Thanks in advance.

- Service area exclude: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.
Delivery Time & Order Tracking
- Delivery times can differ depending on the logistics route. As a general rule, after you receive the tracking number, the package will be delivered within 8 to 20 business days.
- You can track your package on 17track.com. If you can`t find any tracking info on it please contact us.
- If you found your package got returned or any weird thing happens (tracking stop updating, package delivered to a different address, etc.), please contact us. You can also contact your local post office once it’s in your country for more info.
- If a package remains undelivered for over 30 days after the last tracking update, we'll initiate a shipping company investigation. This process can take up to 60 days. If we receive no response, we'll consider the package lost and arrange a replacement.
- We make every effort to protect the product during shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the outer packaging caused by international transit. It's worth noting that in 98% of cases, the outer packaging arrives in good condition or with only minor wear and tear.
